His photos and his articles appear in magazines since 1990 and his fishing experiences in European waters make him the most prominent element also in foreign land. |

Armando Tiberi, lives near Viterbo, on the famous lake of Bolsena, and he has been fishing this large natural lake since he was a child. It was right here, that he caught his first carp. |

Paolo Chiovelli was born in Viterbo and fishing is his passion since childhood. He began to learn fishing secret and to understand nature thanks to his father, who bring Paolo fishing really often. His interest in targeting big carp has become more intense with the advent of Carp fishing. |

He approached fishing when he was 13, trying several styles such as spinning and Bolognese, until he fell in love with carp fishing in 2000. Since then, he practised all waters in the Rome area, catching the beautiful carp of river Tevere and hard fighting grass carp of Albano lake. |

At that time, being surrounded by wild nature was quite pleasant for him. Year after year, the experience grew with more and more catches, until a huge personal best – one of the biggest ever caught in Italy – left an indelible sign in his mind, making him choose carp fishing as unique fishing style for the rest of his life. |

The first experiences had seen him fishing with Bolognese rod, but very soon he got bored with it, as he found far more exciting the bottom fishing with alarm bell fixed on top tip of his rod. The early catches made him affected by “carp madness”, into which he got head and shoulders to learn the basics and try all possible venues. |

"I started to fish when I was very small, at first with my father, himself a great lover of fishing, especially for chub and barbel. After barely managing to stay on my a bike and gaining the confidence from my mother, I began to travel alone, just for a few km to follow my passion, which is not only fishing but also staying in contact with nature, (it helps me to relax not only the body but the mind).
